Does Horizon support EDI?

Horizon Operations tracks the requirements around each PO but doesn’t transmit EDI; that stays with your EDI provider. Connecting EDI to your workflow is a custom integration we build.

Which retailers does it work with?

Any. You set each retailer’s requirements (ASN, routing, GS1-128 labels, minimum shelf life, DCs), and Horizon applies them to every order.

Can it handle Shopify and Amazon orders too?

Yes. Wholesale and e-commerce orders live in the same list, with Shopify and Amazon orders imported automatically.
