Half off list price for our first customers, locked in for as long as you stay subscribed: Operations is $199/month instead of $399, Operations Scale is $399/month instead of $799, Deductions is $99/month instead of $199. No. Pricing is flat for your company, not per user. Horizon Operations includes up to 5 team members and 2 locations; Operations Scale is unlimited. Horizon Deductions is flat for your whole team.

Yes. Every Operations plan includes Horizon Deductions at no extra cost. Open it from the Deductions tab inside Operations and it matches deductions to your orders, BOLs and sales automatically.

Yes. Horizon Deductions is $99/month with founder pricing (list $199) standalone, with its own 14-day free trial. If you add Horizon Operations later, your Deductions workspace links to it and becomes included; nothing moves.

Upgrade to Operations Scale in Settings → Billing; the change is prorated. Locations and team members are hard limits (you’ll see an upgrade prompt when you reach them). The orders a plan includes are a guide, not a cap: you’ll see a meter and a note when you pass it, and nothing stops working.

Horizon handles it, and never blocks orders on any plan. Horizon Operations Enterprise has no order limit and starts at $1,500/month, priced to your volume. You can start the free trial today and talk to us about Enterprise pricing while you try it.

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription any time from Settings → Billing. Your data is kept, not deleted, if a subscription lapses.

At a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. Quick Builds start at $2,500, Horizon add-ons at $500 setup, managed custom systems at $8,000 (or about $2,000 down, spread over 12 months) and owned systems at $15,000.

Your data is always yours, in its own isolated database. Managed systems are hosted and supported by us, with the option to buy out the code. Owned systems live in your accounts from day one.

Project-based, depending on the size of the business and how many workflows and systems are in scope. We agree on scope and price after a first conversation.
