What this covers
This notice covers the Horizon CPG website at horizon-cpg.com, and how the Horizon Operations application at operations.horizon-cpg.com uses data from a Google account you connect to it. Other use of Horizon Operations is covered by the terms you accept when you sign up.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, company, work email, company website, the areas you selected and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up about your inquiry.
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.
Who processes it
When you submit a form, we receive it in two places: by email, sent through our email provider, Resend, and in our own customer records system, where we keep your inquiry and our follow-up with you. This website is hosted on Railway. These providers handle your information only to provide their services to us. We don’t sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Horizon Operations and your Google account
Horizon Operations can export your company’s data, such as wholesale orders, inventory and reports, to Google Sheets. To do that, a company admin connects a Google account in Settings → Google Sheets. This section explains what Horizon Operations does with the access you grant.
What we ask Google for. When you connect, Google asks you to allow Horizon Operations to:
- See, edit, create and delete your Google Sheets spreadsheets, so Horizon can write your data into the spreadsheets you choose; and
- See your Google account’s email address, so Horizon can show your team which account is connected.
How we use it. Horizon Operations only uses this access to run the exports your team sets up:
- It opens only the spreadsheets whose links your team adds to an export in Horizon.
- In those spreadsheets, it reads the names of the tabs so it can find the tab you picked, or add it if it doesn’t exist. Then it clears that tab and writes your Horizon data into it. It does this when someone clicks Run, or on the schedule you set.
- It does not read what’s in your spreadsheets, open any other files in your Google account, or delete spreadsheets.
What we store. We keep the connected account’s email address and the access tokens Google gives us. The tokens are encrypted, and Horizon uses them only to run your exports. We also keep a record of who connected and disconnected the account, and when. We don’t keep copies of your spreadsheets. The data Horizon writes is your own Horizon data, and once it is in your spreadsheet it is held by Google under your Google account.
What we never do with your Google data.
- We don’t sell it, or share or transfer it to anyone else, except where the law requires us to or where it’s needed to keep the service secure.
- We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t share it with advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers.
- We don’t use it to create, train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- We don’t use it to decide whether anyone is creditworthy, or for lending.
- People at Horizon don’t read it, unless you ask us to (for example, to help with a support request), we need to for security (such as investigating abuse), or the law requires it.
Removing access. A company admin can disconnect Google at any time in Settings → Google Sheets → Disconnect. Horizon then asks Google to revoke its access and deletes the stored tokens. You can also remove Horizon’s access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/connections. To have the connection record deleted as well, email cody.streger@horizon-cpg.com.
Google’s policy. Horizon Operations’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google Workspace User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time by emailing cody.streger@horizon-cpg.com.
